Executive Chef/Owner Martial Noguier's chic, modern Gold Coast bistro will offer a carefully composed seasonal Passover Menu anticipation of the upcoming religious holiday. Guests are invited to celebrate with delicious holiday-inspired cuisine.

The three-course Passover Menu incorporates Chef Martial's French technique and style into the traditional Jewish holiday cuisine. The Passover Menu is available beginning the evening of Monday, April 14th through Tuesday, April 22nd, 2014 starting at 5:00pm nightly. The price is $35 per person excluding tax and gratuity. Chef Martial presents dishes that are not only appropriate during Passover but also are deliciously prepared with his new, modern approach.

First Course

Warm Asparagus Salad
grapefruit supremes / Capriole goat cheese / honey lemon vinaigrette

Housemade Chicken Liver Mousse
arugula salad / local apple salad / cornichons

Second Course

Seared Scottish Salmon
fava bean quinoa tabbouleh salad / pistou / lemon confit vinaigrette

Glazed Prime Short Ribs
spring ratatouille / eggplant purée / nicoise olives

Third Course

Crunchy Bittersweet Chocolate Bars
praline / orange Grand Marnier sauce

Poached Spiced Apricots
vanilla ice cream / fresh berry coulis
